Discovery College is a partnership of people and organisations with an interest in understanding about and looking after our mental health and emotional wellbeing, particularly as it applies to young people and their families. Our key feature is co-producing all courses with young people with lived experience as well as specialists in clinical and creative areas. Our partners come from both the state sectors and the Third Sector.

The Early Help Keywork Service support young people aged 11-19 in East Sussex to help them access learning and development opportunities and one-to-one support.

Culture Shift is passionate about creativity and wellbeing. Working with people of all ages across Sussex, we create spaces where people can develop creative skills and connect with others. We work with partners across education, health and community to find ways for creativity to thrive.

Circle of Life Rediscovery CIC provide nature-based experiences and programmes that are educational, fun and therapeutic. These include school, family, adult woodland, foRESTful days and training for education and health practitioners. Our funded projects with partners directly support health and wellbeing for vulnerable members of society.

The Company is a site-responsive theatre company working from within communities & with groups with different needs. We aim to create innovative & accessible theatre, and to give a voice to those that need to be heard. We have co-produced with Discovery College 2 successful courses.

De La Warr Pavilion is a pioneering centre for the arts, set in an iconic Modernist building. A place where everyone can experience contemporary exhibitions, events and entertainment. We encourage creative ways to wellbeing through a activities and projects: cultivating dialogue, compassion, agency and better futures.

The Education Support, Behaviour and attendance Service (ESBAS) supports young people aged 5-16 who have been referred through school.

East Sussex Library and Information Service provide books, audio books, DVDs and special , health and wellbeing resources. Most are free. They offer free computer access, wi-fi and a range of online resources such as e-books, e-audiobooks, e-magazines (many of which can be accessed from home).

Cabaret Mechanical Theatre celebrates the world of automata or moving kinetic sculptures. We have a large collection of automata that is shown in galleries and science centres around the world. We teach people to make automata developing creative and technical skills. Mechanical is our middle name!

The Inclusion Special Needs and Disabilities (ISEND) Front Door is the pathway through which schools and education providers can request support for children and young people with additional and/or special educational needs and disabilities.

Sussex Recovery College offers co-produced educational courses that focus on mental health and recovery to help increase your knowledge and promote self-management. This may help you take control and become an expert in your own wellbeing and recovery and get on with your life despite mental health challenges.

i-rock is a ‘one stop shop’ offering timely support to young people aged 14-25 around mental health issues, wellbeing, education, employment and housing. The are no referrals or appointments required and there is no minimum threshold.

Don't Mind Me : Youth Mental Health in Hastings

Sussex Child and Mental Health Service (CAMHS) is part of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. We have specialist teams across Sussex offering assessment and treatment to children and young people up to age 18 who have emotional, behavioural or mental health problems.

Lifesize is a community interest company based in Hastings. We deliver unique and community orientated music and art provisions. Our project work is based in a variety of settings, including online platforms, grassroots music venues, community hubs, hospitals, and social care settings.

Photoworks champions photography for everyone. We have an outstanding record of inspiring young photographers and extensive experience of connecting extraordinary artists with young people from diverse backgrounds, focusing on building creative knowledge and skills and helping young people find and amplify their voices through creativity.

Priority 1-54 delivers creative and interactive training & workshops on a range of issues such as youth arts, voice and rights, online safety, mental health & wellbeing to name a few. In keeping with our name, our work is underpinned by the 54 articles laid out in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).

AudioActive is a non-profit organisation that creates social change through music and develops emerging talent. We offer innovative, accessible interventions that use music to support Young People and emerging artists reach their full potential.

Holding Space is a charity providing parent/carer peer support to families across East Sussex whose children are struggling with their mental health. We offer a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space for parents/carers to come together, to connect, chat and be supported. To share the journey together. We offer a range of support from face-face groups, 1:1 support, mindfulness and creative sessions.
