SHOUT

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and in need of support, the Shout crisis messenger service provides free, 24/7 crisis support.

Text support line for young people. If you are struggling to cope and need to talk, there are Shout Volunteers to speak to, day or night. Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, anonymous text support service. You can text from wherever you are in the UK. They can help with issues including panic attacks, anxiety, depression, bullying, relationships, family problems etc.

To start a conversation, text the word ‘SHOUT’ to 85258.

Sussex Mental Healthline Crisis Line

24/7 telephone service offering listening support, advice, information and signposting to anyone experiencing difficulties with their mental health. It’s available to anyone concerned about their own mental health or that of a relative or friend. You do not need an appointment. It offers support to those who may be in crisis or distressed.

i-Rock Horsham District is a support and advice hub for young people aged 14 to 25 and living in West Sussex.
We offer a range of support services to help with issues such as mental and emotional health, relationships, money and benefits, family problems, bullying, housing, education and employment. We can also assist you in accessing specialist support from services if needed.
You can get support and advice from i-Rock Horsham District by dropping in or booking an appointment, either face to face at our centre in Hurst Café (formerly Horsham Youth Centre) or by using our virtual platform, which means you can choose to access the service in the way that works best for you.
