I have been playing the guitar for about seven years now. I’ve gone from smoke on the water to writing my own music. I have 62 subscribers to my you tube channel and have started making my first album and have written the first three tracks. - A
I like drawing because its like really calming and a great
distraction when I’m feeling stressed - P
We have found it’s easy to focus on things that aren’t going well in our lives. That can be helpful when it supports us to find solutions but sometimes we just end up feeling down and unmotivated. At times like that it is really important to hold onto anything that has gone well in the past so we believe they can go well again for us in the future.

Keep the cards safe and the next time you have a challenging time, get out your cards and look at what you have achieved.
